MANAGEMENT TEAM
Mark Cavicchia
– CEO
Mark Cavicchia is the inventor of WhereverTV’s patents
and developed the WhereverTV concept, vision, and product
development roapmap. Mark has more than eighteen years
experience developing and executing business strategies and
developing consumer-oriented applications. He has worked in
the United States, and most recently, Shanghai, China, for
clients including: Tickets.com (acquired by Major League
Baseball), NetTaxi.com, Talkie.com, Clinical Micro Sensors
(acquired by Motorola), Pacific Gas & Electric,
Baskin-Robbins, and The American Chamber of Commerce in
Shanghai. In November, 2005, he launched Shanghai’s
first portal focused exclusively on the local food and
beverage industries – Shanghai Eats (and
Drinks…).
Prior to founding WhereverTV, Mark was Managing Director of
Greater China for Everse Corporation, where he led software
development efforts for Fortune 500 and Global 2000 clients.
Mark has also served as President/CEO of a regional clinical
laboratory and as a management consultant for boutique
investment banking firms in Los Angeles. He has been a keynote
speaker and featured panelist at various CRM conferences,
where Mark spoke about how technology can be leveraged to
enhance customer relationships and experiences.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the
University of California at Santa Barbara, where he was a
Regents Scholar.

Kashif
Mueen – CTO
Kashif is WhereverTV’s Principal Architect and is
responsible for translating the Company’s strategic
vision into an aggressive, but achievable development plan for
the company. He is also leading the technical design of
WhereverTV’s program guide application.
Kashif has more than 12 years experience in the IT industry
holding several senior positions in architecture, design,
development, and technical project management. His
knowledge has been leveraged in working with many different
kinds of organizations, including large companies, to
successfully support complex architectural, modeling, design
and implementation needs. Past clients in the mobile media
industry include MTV Networks, Turner Broadcasting Corporation
and Penthera Technologies.
Prior to joining WhereverTV, Kashif was an architect for MSA
and successfully led the definition and development of the
Management and Deployment Architecture for a large and
distributed J2EE application for the Media industry. He
has hands on experience in resolving critical product issues
with a focus on modeling, mentoring, evaluation of ingredient
technologies, and design and development of key business
infrastructure components.
Kashif holds Masters degrees in Business Administration and
Information Systems from Texas A&M University

Michael
Dutcher – SVP Programming and Content Development
Michael is WhereverTV's Senior Vice President of Programming
and Content Development and is responsible for engaging
partners in our content acquisition, distribution, and
advertising strategies.
Michael has over 20 year's experience in the media,
entertainment and technology sectors. Prior to joining
WhereverTV, Michael was the founder of MAD Management and
consulting, a full service artist management and consulting
firm that developed relationships with major recording
companies, publishing companies, new media distributors, IPTV,
technology companies, gaming developers, venues, merchandising
firms, as well as film and television placement.
Michael also founded and operated MeTV Networks, Inc. where he
was involved with the creation of the IP distribution window
for full length feature films that had a wide theatrical
release and home television agreements.

Mark
DeSantis – Chairman of the Board
Mark DeSantis will serve on WhereverTV’s board and help
guide the Company through its development stage, assisting
with business planning, partnership alliances, legal,
accounting and fund raising strategies.
Mark is President and Co-founder of Mobile Fusion, Inc. and
Chairman of the Board of Cepstral, LLC. Previously he was
Managing Director of ANGLE US Technology Group, which is a
publicly traded venture capital and consulting firm. Prior to
joining ANGLE, Mark co-founded several technology-based
companies and was a Visiting Scientist and consultant to both
Software Engineering Institute and Carnegie Mellon Research
Institute. Mark serves on a number of corporate boards.
Prior to moving to Pittsburgh, Mark was the Director of
Government Relations for Texas Instruments, Inc. in Washington
DC and, in that capacity, was responsible for managing
TI’s various public sector relationships in the US and
abroad. Before that he served in a number of policy positions
in the federal government including as a Senior Policy Analyst
in both The White House Office of Science and Technology
Policy and the U.S. Department of Commerce in the
Administration of George H. W. Bush. He was also on the staff
of the late U.S. Senator John Heinz and, prior to that, was a
management consultant with Booz Allen and Hamilton.
Mark is a frequent lecturer and published author on general
management, strategy, economic development, and
entrepreneurship. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Carnegie
Mellon University and has lectured at the Katz School of
Business at the University of Pittsburgh and The Tuck School
at Dartmouth University. He is also an instructor in the
Veterans Entrepreneurship Program at Robert Morris University.
Mark holds Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business
Administration degrees from the University of Dayton, a Master
of Science degree in Technology Management from The American
University and a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Economics from
George Mason University.

Thomas
Curran – Director
Thomas Curran will serve on WhereverTV’s board and help
guide the Company through its development stage, assisting
with technology planning, partnership alliances, and fund
raising strategies.
Thomas Curran is the founder and CEO of Telemos AG based in
Munich, a media technology company focused on building digital
content distribution platforms, sports broadcasting
technologies, media rights and registration services. Thomas
is also the founder and director of the Digital Media Project,
which aims to resolve media distribution by creating the first
open-source DRM and digital media distribution environment and
has also served as the technology advisor to the chancellor of
the New York City Department of Education.
Previously, Thomas served as CTO for Bertelsmann AG, where he
led strategic initiatives regarding new media and digital
content distribution. He was also responsible for the
conglomerate’s global technology strategy, including
designing and launching a two-year IT reorganization. Thomas
serves or has served as an advisor to or board member of
several companies involved in digital content distribution
technology, including Microsoft, Entriq, Silicon Image, and
Mark Logic and Deutsche Telekom.
Thomas has authored numerous books, articles and publications
and is the series editor for Prentice Hall’s
”Enterprise Software.” Thomas graduated from the
Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and subsequently
held teaching and research positions at the Wharton Analysis
Center, the International Science Center (Berlin), Berlin
University of the Arts, and Technical University Berlin.

Thomas
Kanavy – Director
Thomas Kanavy will serve on WhereverTV’s board and provide
guidance and insight to working-capital fund raising
strategies and is expected to play an instrumental role in
capital from selected Angel investors and early stage Venture
Capital companies.
Tom is co-founder and managing member of The Binkley Kanavy
Group, LLC, a regional certified public accounting practice
headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania specializing in
auditing and consulting services to governmental, healthcare,
and manufacturing entities.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Pennsylvania
State University with duel majors in Administration of Justice
and Economics and received a Masters of Business
Administration degree from the Katz Graduate School of
Business at the University of Pittsburgh. Tom is a licensed
CPA in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is an active
member in the A.I.C.P.A and the P.I.C.P.A.

ADVISORY BOARD
Lincoln
Bandlow – Advisor
Lincoln Bandlow serves on WhereverTV’s advisory board and is
helping guide the Company with content partnership alliances,
as well as legal and IP strategies. Lincoln is a partner at
Lathrop & Gage LLP, a leading media and entertainment law firm
located in Century City, California, where he specializes in
litigating Media, First Amendment, Intellectual Property and
other entertainment-related matters. Prior to joining Lathrop
& Gage LLP, Lincoln was a partner in the law firm of Leopold,
Petrich & Smith, P.C., where he represented clients in the
motion picture, television, publishing, broadcasting and
advertising fields. In addition, Lincoln has represented
several of the principal underwriters for the entertainment
industry.
Lincoln is a frequent speaker on media and intellectual
property issues and has written numerous articles for legal
publications regarding media law and intellectual property.
Lincoln was the President of the Los Angeles Copyright Society
during its 2005-2006 term, has three times been named a
“Rising Star Attorney” by Los Angeles Magazine and is AV Peer
Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Lincoln received a B.A. in
Political Science at UCLA and a Juris Doctor degree, magna cum
laude, from Boston University School of Law.

Abdul
Khan – Advisor
Abdul will serve on WhereverTV’s advisory board and help
guide the Company through its development stage, assisting
with business planning and fund raising strategies.
Abdul is currently the Founder and CEO of Interfun Networks,
Inc., a platform to launch various consumer Internet
properties. Prior to founding Interfun Networks, Abdul was a
Senior Associate at Crosslink Capital, a technology venture
capital firm in the Bay Area with approximately $1.1 billion
under management. At Crosslink, Abdul was responsible for the
firm's consumer Internet, business and mobile data services
investments in Omniture (NASDAQ: OMTR), Pandora, The
Generations Network (formerly known as MyFamily), PhoneSpots
(formerly known as PocketThis), Hotel Booking Solutions,
Marketworks and Surgient.
Prior to joining Crosslink, Abdul was a Senior Investment
Banking Analyst covering the Digital Media sector for UBS
Warburg and was involved with various public equity
transactions for companies such as Midway Games (NYSE: MWY),
Acclaim Entertainment and Global Imaging Systems (NASDAQ:
GISX).
Abdul holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both Finance and
Real-Estate from the Barrett Honors College at Arizona State
University.
